SAB Projects were appointed to carry out structural works to this mews property, which involved a basement dig and fit out together with refurbishment of ground and first floor, which went on to win an RIBA award.

SAB Projects were appointed to construct a basement below the mews house, carry out

the rear of the first floor,  together with refurbishing the whole house.

W14 Full House Refurbishment and rear extension

SAB Projects were appointed in 2020 to refurbish this family home, extend the rear of the house and convert the garage to a bedroom with en-suite shower room

W11 140 Sq. M Basement Construction, rear extension and full refurbishment

SAB Projects were appointed in 2021 to construct a basement below this end terrace house in Notting Hill, lower the existing lower ground floor and refurbish the whole house including a new roof, electrics, plumbing and AV.

KT1 50 Sq. M Basement Construction & Fit Out

SAB Projects were appointed to construct a basement below the front part of this semi-detached house & fit out the space to provide a large living space for the family.

W8 Basement Construction and Structural Works

SAB Projects were appointed in January 2020 to construct a basement to an end terrace property in W8, which was in poor structural condition. Our works also involved the addition of steel beams to ground and first floor, repairs to flank walls, installing new timber joists to first floor and waterproofing basement. 

SW7 Mews Refurbishment

SAB Projects were appointed in August 2020 to refurbish a 3 bedroom mews property. As part of the refurbishment, all electrics and plumbing were renewed with new bathrooms and kitchen installed. Lighting was improved with the addition of 3 new Velux conservation rooflights. The garage had permission to be converted to living space, which has made the ground floor feel more spacious.

Remedial Project - W2

SAB Projects were appointed to strip the basement of this mews house back to structural shell, waterproof and fit out following a flood caused by a damaged sewer pipe outside the property.

SW7 Basement 80 Sq M and rebuild with full fit out
SAB Projects were appointed to carry out structural works to this mews property, which involved full rebuild, basement dig and then fit out of the whole property. Natural light is in plentiful supply in this basement thanks to the good design by the architect.

SE1 Basement - 480 Sq M
SAB Projects were appointed to construct the basement shell to this former rectory. A basement was constructed under the entire house and most of rear garden. Upon completion, basement will provide cinema, leisure area (swimming pool, gym and bar) and plant/utility space. Waterproofing was installed in basement and on the concrete roof slab to garden basement before 300 tonnes of topsoil was laid.

W14 House Refurbishment
SAB Projects were appointed to carry out a full refurbishment of this property in Holland Park. The rear of the building was opened up, allowing more light into the ground floor space. Rooms were reconfigured to make it work as a family home.

W8 Basement - 70 Sq M
SAB Projects were appointed to construct the structural basement shell under the rear garden of this listed building in W8. A logistically challenging project completed on programme and cost.

W4 Basement - 170 Sq M
SAB Projects were appointed to carry out the basement shell works for this property in Chiswick. Basement was constructed beneath side garden, allowing a side extension containing feature staircase down to new basement.

W4 Basement - 55 Sq M
SAB Projects were appointed to construct, waterproof and fit out the basement to provide a living room, utility room and shower room.

W4 Basement - 70 Sq M
SAB Projects were appointed to design, construct and waterproof the basement to provide a living room, bedroom, utility room and shower room.

NW1 Basement - 90 Sq M
SAB Projects were appointed to construct the basement shell beneath this lower ground floor flat and install the waterproofing system.

TW10 Basement - 80 Sq M
SAB Projects were appointed to construct the basement shell and waterproofing together with a new rear extension to the property complete with two Sunsquare skylights.

NW3 Basement - 70 Sq M
SAB Projects were appointed to construct, waterproof and fit out this basement extension creating a living space with coffered ceiling, shower room, gym and wine room.
