W8 Basement Construction and Structural Works
SAB Projects were appointed in January 2020 to construct a basement to an end terrace property in W8, which was in poor structural condition. Our works also involved the addition of steel beams to ground and first floor, repairs to flank walls, installing new timber joists to first floor and waterproofing basement.
SAB Projects were appointed in August 2020 to refurbish a 3 bedroom mews property. As part of the refurbishment, all electrics and plumbing were renewed with new bathrooms and kitchen installed. Lighting was improved with the addition of 3 new Velux conservation rooflights. The garage had permission to be converted to living space, which has made the ground floor feel more spacious.
SAB Projects were appointed to strip the basement of this mews house back to structural shell, waterproof and fit out following a flood caused by a damaged sewer pipe outside the property.
SW7 Basement 80 Sq M and rebuild with full fit out
SAB Projects were appointed to carry out structural works to this mews property, which involved full rebuild, basement dig and then fit out of the whole property. Natural light is in plentiful supply in this basement thanks to the good design by the architect.
SAB Projects were appointed to construct the basement shell to this former rectory. A basement was constructed under the entire house and most of rear garden. Upon completion, basement will provide cinema, leisure area (swimming pool, gym and bar) and plant/utility space. Waterproofing was installed in basement and on the concrete roof slab to garden basement before 300 tonnes of topsoil was laid.
